Incident Description:
Bike was locked with 2 U-locks. One locked through front tire and frame to bike rack outside Forest Glen Metra station. It was locked up at 8:15am and gone by 5:03pm. The thief left behind part of the lock - the locking bar. It was a clean cut through the U, right at the locking bar, pretty clearly with a grinder.
