Incident Description:
Bike is in a locked yard, out of easy view. Special bike frame, step through because I have mobility issues. Was locked with a strong lock, but to a wooden fence. Someone can in the night before 8:30 a.m. and broke the wooden fence, stole bike. There were two other bikes there, but they were not taken. I think it was targeted because it is a special kind of frame.
