THE BIKE WAS LOCKED WITH A DOUBLE LOCK ON A CAST IRON FENCE IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. WHEN I GOT BACK THE BIKE CABLE AND LOCK WERE GONE.
IT WAS SOMETIME BETWEEN 10AM AND 6:30 PM
