Incident Description:
Locked bike frame and wheel onto bike rack on sidewalk on Canal at Roosevelt in front of ChiroOne/Whole Foods. Bike locked to U-shaped bike rack. Only bike around, all other racks full and located down the block. When I came out of store, bike lock was still on bike rack, bike was completely gone. No idea how. Lock picked? But how did lock get relocked onto bike rack? Local police came, report made.
