Incident Description:
Arrived home from work that day at 7:03pm. The bike was there on he handrail as it had been for 3 days. Titanium u-ish lock was raped around the handrail base, the bike frame and my helmet strap. When I left into and Uber at 9pm it was gone. The lock was left with my helmet wrapped around the same rung with no signs of damage. Our landlord has a security camera that recorded when I got home and two hours later when I left. It wasn’t able to record the incident but it’s clear that it was there then gone.
