Incident Description:
My bike, along with another, was locked to the bike rack in front of Quesadilla la reina del sur restaurant - 2235 N Western Ave. It was locked (poorly) with a U-lock and cable. U-lock was attached to my girlfriends bike, so that they were able to cut the cable and take my bike. The thief left a bike in my bike's place, I'd guess as a decoy. We were in the restaurant for maybe 1.5 hours at most, and it happened while we were eating.
