Incident Description:
Bike was left in garage/basement of my "secured" apartment in the bike storage area. Bike was locked to a pipe. Someone came and cut the lock, took the bike, left an Appalachia Trails peace sign sicker on my helmet, then left the helmet and lock at the scene. The culprit walked past 3 unlocked bikes (all in good or better condition,) and two locked bikes (one u-lock one cable) before getting to mine. There are only three exits and mgmt company does not seem to want to help
