Incident Description:
Locked bike out front of apartment at intersection of Belmont and Sheffield at approx 7.30am. Went to the dentist at 2pm and the bike was still there. Came out at 5pm and the bike was gone. The Kryptonite lock had been cut through and was left on the post.
