Incident Description:
On 8/11 at 4:30 pm, a resident of my condo saw a man coming out of our bike storage area carrying a bike. She asked him if it was his and he refused to look at her or answer. She tried to stop him but was unable to and he rode off from our building. We were notified of this incident at 10:30 pm. I went down to check for my bike and discovered it was missing. However, it was not the bike she saw taken, as she got a few pictures. This means my bike was taken sometime in the last few weeks since I last used it. Our bike room has hooks on the wall that can easily be pulled off. However, the thief gained access into our building in order to steal these bikes. He was seen with a keyring holding a lot of keys, so we think he may be using a master key. Our building will be reviewing video surveillance to confirm.
