Incident Description:
Bike was locked on to the wooden fence from our storage area at the back of our apartment unit. The storage area can only be accessed through the locked garage doors or through the front gate which is also locked. Bike, along with its Kryptonite U-lock was nowhere to be found this morning. My bike's cover was neatly folded and tucked into my boyfriend's bike right next to it (how nice of them!)
