Old vintage silver women's bike, custom handle bars (went out straight across and brown holders instead of the curved under as most of these bikes have.  This steering wheel/handle bars were not part of the original bike and you can tell.  Has a rack on back of the bike, a light generator and pretty badly worn out tires with what used to be gold stripes in on the sides.
