Incident Description:
The stolen bike was locked outside of the Summer on Southport festival on Saturday, July 31st, 2010. It was locked to a street sign, and another bike was locked to it, with the second u-lock going through the stolen bike's u-lock. The second bike was left unlocked and the location, but the Specialized was gone, along with the lock and a silver helmet.
