Incident Description:
Bike was U-locked to my Trek Y3 and was last seen 2 weeks before theft was discovered. Thief must have known that bikes were in the storage room and was able to gain access; possibly a resident in my building. I realize it's been awhile, but this service was not around back then, and I really would like to get bike back
