Incident Description:
The bicycle was chained to a singe/double bike corral spot in front of Loose Leaf Tea shop on Broadway at around 5:15 pm on Wednesday the 13th. The cable lock was cut in broad daylight, right next to the bus stop and various cafe terrace chairs and tables.
