Incident Description:
I locked my bike to the bike rack in front of the N Southport Jewel Osco. I was in the store less than 10 minutes and when I went back outside, the bike was gone. I walked around the area and asked anyone who may have seen the incident or the person on my bike.
I think someone saw me locking my bike up and walked up as soon as I left and broke the lock. They would have had to have been there or nearby when I walked into the store because I was in and out so quickly. I got a lot of compliments in the TWO DAYS (yes, two days) I had the bike. It was/is bright and noticeable. It was very difficult to find and I think someone else felt that they needed it more than I do.
