My new white women's treck WSD 7100 bike was locked to a bike rack with a kryptonite u-lock at 6:45 am on 6-2 right under the stairs of the ashland green line el stop.  At 7pm when I returned the bike was missing.  The u-lock was cut and the top portion was lying on the floor.
