Incident Description:
My husband returned from work around 4am on 6/21/11. He saw the bike, which was locked by the frame and basket handle to a wooden post inside the locked gate of the alley behind our apartment. I went outside to hop on it about 2pm later the same day, and it was gone, along with my husbands gray Schwinn Tourist hybrid bike. Filed police report.
