Incident Description:
As usuall, I went to the public library that is located at 4455 N. Lincoln and locked my bike to an electrical pole that is at front of this building. After I finished my buisness at the public library I went to pick up my bike and my sorprise was that it was removed out of the premises with out any damage to the electrical pole.
