I was in La Creperie on Clark right above Diversey from 12:30 till 1:45 -- my bike was locked up across the street in just inside the parking garage. when I came out it was gone.
I think it was stolen. The lock was new. it was not left at the site -- I had locked the frame and the front wheel to the bike rack.
