Recovery Notes:
On April 20 2014 the victim wrote: I really didn't think I'd ever see my bike again but while on the 77 bus going east on Belmont on Saturday evening I spotted my bike attached to a bike post. I got off the bus and went over and there was my bike minus the lock, rear pannier and front light. The bike was unfortunately attached to a bike rack so I called the cops to see what my options were. They couldn't cut the lock but suggested I attach another lock to it and leave a note; and so I did. The bike is still there and the thief has not yet removed their lock. I'll be going by tomorrow to see if I can remove the lock tomorrow and will update. Thanks On April 21 he reported that the other lock had been removed and he has his bike back.
