Incident Description:
I had an appointment on Tuesday, April 22 at 155 N. Wacker, but was late. So by 12:25p I had ridden downtown and locked my bike up. Because I was late, I wasn't paying full attention to where I locked it, but I'm 90% sure it was either outside of 7-11 on the corner of Franklin and Lake, or outside of CVS on the corner of Wells and Washington.
When I went looking for it at about 3:45p, it was nowhere to be found. I proceeded to spend the next three hours systematically searching every nearby block corner for it, but did not succeed in finding it. Perhaps by some lapse of cognition I passed it by, but I believe I was thorough, especially when returning with my car.
