Incident Description:
The bike was locked outside of a house overnight against a fence. Ulock cut. Helmet left. Locked my bike there on and off (with no specific consistency for the last 3 months)

On June 26, 2014 the victim notified the CSBR that his bike had been recovered: "Someone actually looked on the (Chicago Stolen Bike Registry) site after purchasing a sketchy bike and contacted me through your site. So it is good to know it actually works!"
