Incident Description:
I was jumpstarting my car next to the garage and moved my bike near the dumpster and U=locked it to itself. A black male had been smoking in the alley but I didn't think anything of it. I had to keep the car running so didn't want to leave it out of my sight and bring the bike in. As I was driving back from across the street after returning the jumper cables, I saw him riding my bike away from the driveway on Kimball right next to the Armitage produce. I have no idea how he got the lock off, or if I was so distracted by jumping my car I somehow didn't lock my bike.
