The bike was fairly new with a brown leather seat and grips. One of the grips had a plug missing (the plastic plus that hooks the grips into the handlebars). There was also a broken bell on the right side. The top was broken off, but the bottom part of the bell apparatus was still attached to the handlebars. It is just black, and you can see the gears, but can't make a noise.

Incident Description:
I went into the Den Theater in Wicker Park to see a show. Afterwards, I went to have a drink with friends, planning on receiving my bike and going home once we had a drink. When I returned to the theater, my bike and U-lock were missing. I didn't look for the bike when I left the theater, assuming it was there. I'm not sure if it went missing while I was in the theater or in the bar. There was no sign of the bike or lock. I had locked the bike to a pole, as there were no available bike racks to lock it to. I have a feeling that after the play, when the area was less crowded, that a thief sawed through the U-lock, and left with the bike and lock. The bike was in great condition, and had brown leather seats and grips, making it a bit of a target. Lesson learned.
