Incident Description:
I had just finish coming back from cashing my check a couple of blocks away, I came thru the front and lock the front gate that has a lock that has to be closed from the inside. the back gate is always locked. when I left at 5p to go pick up my daughter from after school program I noticed the bike was no longer in yard near my stairs. I have lived on my property for over 40 years and truly believe the next door neighbor and/or guest threw bike over yard as they would not have known how to open front gate without being seen my other neighbors. The bike is always locked in our basement and I had only left it outside as I was going to pick up my daughter. This particular day I did not leave the dogs out.
