Incident Description:
Bike was locked to itself through the front wheel in the back of my car with a jacket and backpack thrown over it (all windows were privacy glass) parked less than a block from my building at pulaski and altgeld. I went to my car to take my bike to work and found my rear window bashed in and my bike gone, the thief left everything untouched including the back pack and five dollar in plain sight.
