Incident Description:
Locked up bike at Montrose Blue Line L Stop at 8:30am in the morning to bike racks underneath the platform. Returned at 6:30 in the evening to find neither the bike or lock. Talked to L attendant who recommended calling CTA and filed a police report. The seat to this bike was stolen from the same location several weeks ago from the same L stop.
