Bike was placed in secured basement (with other bikes -- also left unlocked). HVAC workers were in the basement on Sunday 4/19, between 9am and 2:30pm Either they were involved in actively taking it, or they left the basement door open and didn't pay attention to possible strangers who might have come in and taken it.
