Incident Description:
Bike was parked and locked to rack at Skokie library at 9:00AM. At about 10:00, other library users noticed broken lock and bolt cutter at bike rack, notified security. I was not informed of this. I discovered bike missing at about 11:55AM - contacted library security and Skokie police.
The picture provided for this bike is about 11 years old. The differences are black wall tires and a different saddle. The carrier bag is the same, but torn a little bit.
