Incident Description:
Someone had to come have in my garage area when another resident was driving out. This is a nice bike and they likely saw me use it daily. Vagrants hang in the park near me from one of a few areas in the West Loop that attracts them. I wen on an errand for about an hour, the bike was gone when I was back. My girlfriends unlocked bike was not stolen, which was leaning on me. I tend to think it was a singular person acting for this reason... they took what they could ride away fast and moved on.
