Basic Bike Info
Bicycle Type:
Hybrid Bike
Serial No.:
WTU065C2948B
Size:
15.5
Color:
Black
Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
Women's frame. Very good condition. Silver crank less usual (on this bike model it seems to be black in many photos). I had covered it in yellow reflective tape squares - these may have been removed/stickiness left behind. Front tire is replacement kevlar tire. Innertubes quite old, so tires go flat quickly. Front break tends to go off-center. Black aluminum simple bottle mount on lower frame. Unlikely it's been kept, but had an underseat bag with bike tool/ gloves inside. Front white colored headlamp that isn't working properly, rear red light. Lock mount (with lock) ripped from bicycle, so definitely no longer there.

Incident Description:
Bike stolen from wooden storage unit with metal lock/padlock on door. Storage unit is inside a locked laundry room that's in a building with a locked gate. As far as I know, the gate/laundry room hadn't been broken into, so not sure how the thief gained access to the room. Screws on storage unit had been ripped from wood and bike taken from unit sometime before April 8 at 7:30. May have been as early as late January. Helmet, floor bike pump left in unit and door was closed/ screws somewhat replaced to hold unit door shut (not obvious until I went to open the unit). Bike krytonite lock/holder had been ripped from frame (it was on the frame in the riding position, not locked)and the lock/holder and chain were left behind outside the storage unit.
