Just about brand new. Has a rack on the back that does not fit the bike. I modified a clamp and mounted it to the seat post. The bolt was spray painted flat black and I also painted the bolt that goes into the modified clamp. There are some scratches on the handlebar bar stem where you can see the aluminum underneath the black paint. Also has a black "triangle" bag mounted underneath the top tube.
