Safety sticker off top of frame near front fork peeled off but residue still there (this is defining to me cause I could never get it off without fear of scratching the paint!)

Incident Description: 
Locked against metal fence next to front door of apartment. Newer flat key ulock was around front wheel and a heavy duty cable snaked through body and rear wheel. Cable was cut (very cleanly, no 'pinching' normally seen when using bolt cutters), and front wheel, cut cable, and u lock left behind. I will update with more info when I can as I wanted to at least get this reported ASAP. I know I have he serial # written down somewhere...
