Incident Description:
I locked my bike at a rack inside my condominium garage at approximately 12:30 PM, Sunday, September 25, 2016. The bicycle's frame was locked inside the lock loop that the bike rack provided. Through that loop, my helmet was also locked. At 6:50 PM, the bicycle was stolen by a man with a dark-colored goatee wearing a black t-shirt, jeans, and a black and orange baseball cap.
I discovered that my bike was missing 24 hours after the theft. Finally, on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 11:24 AM, my condo association discovered that its security video footage caught the burglar stealing my bike and helmet on videotape.
