Incident Description:
Bike was locked with New U-Lock and cable through both wheels and frame to a porch/fence on the back of a residential building. Between 2-5am someone came onto the porch, kicked/broke out the slats in the fence where it was locked and left with the bike, still locked, and all its accessories. Nobody was seen or noticed
