Incident Description:
The bike was locked to the bike rack outside of x-sport fitness on North Avenue by second city. A witness in the gym saw a man with bolt cutters cut the lock and ride the bike away. It happened in broad daylight on a busy street. The offender was described as an African-American male, 5'9" tall, 165lbs with corn rows and a fu manchu mustache.
