Incident Description:
Bike was locked to the wood railing of the back deck, at my second story apartment, right outside my bedroom (so it was locked 2 stories up). Went out and found the wood railing was torn off, and the bike was gone. Someone must have come up the staircase and taken the bike while I was sleeping.
