Incident Description:
I had locked my bike to the rack shortly after 3:00 PM on Friday, July 28th in front of Sat Nam Yoga at 1304 W. Washington Blvd. Chicago 60607. I had a 4 number combination lock that was secured to the rack through my front wheel and the frame of the Cannondale. It is a relatively busy area near the intersection of Washington and Ada. I work the front desk at Sat Nam Yoga and people where coming and going all afternoon/evening.
