Incident Description:
Time stolen at 11:50-12:10. I locked bike to the bike racks provided outside the Target on Roosevelt and Clark Sheldon Brown style--rear wheel within the rear triangle. Stayed inside the store for an hour and found my bike and the lock gone when I went outside. Spoke to security and said thief had back towards camera when fiddling with the lock. To which I have to give props for getting through the newer Abus Granit 640. Thief reportedly went westbound on Roosevelt St at 12:00-12:30pm.
