Incident Description:
This bike and my husband's bike (see separate report), which is the same brand but a different color (dark green) were locked together to a bike rack using a Kryptonite U-lock outside Breakthrough Familyplex at Carroll and Kedzie. According to the staff at Breakthrough there is CCTV footage but they will only release it to the Police. Unfortunately the business was closed and so it is possible someone ground the lock with a grinder without being seen.
