Bicycle was in good condition and just recently had a tune up.
It has a RAGBRAI 2018 bike band on the handlebars (though the perp may have cut it off) and a Bontraeger tire with the original black and white rim on the back of the bike. It also has a rack on the back for panniers. It will be missing the front wheel or the front/back wheels will be mismatched (I have the original front wheel on my person).

This incident happened between 8 p.m. Thursday, July 16 and 2 p.m. Saturday, July 18. The bike was last ridden at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and locked to the rack at that time. This incident was reported to the Chicago police and there is an open case for it.
