[On 6/13/24, victim informed us that this bike had been recovered: "I completed a police report and Detective Jacob from the CPD called a few days later to say he had likely located it at a pawn shop at Lawrence/Kedzie via the serial number provided. He went and picked it up and took it to the 17th district for our pick-up.
He said the pawn shops are supposed to have a 30 day waiting period so this process can take place. Ironically (or maybe not), my husband went to the same pawn shop the day prior and they denied having it.
