Incident Description:
On approximately **August 5, 2026**, I locked my electric bicycle to the bike rack outside the **SES Building at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC)** at around **10:30 a.m.** When I returned at approximately **1:50 p.m.**, I found that the bike lock had been cut, and the bicycle was gone. I believe the bicycle was stolen sometime between **10:30 a.m. and 1:50 p.m.** on August 5, 2026.
