Incident Description:
Bike was locked in front of Amundsen High School in Winnemac Park. It was locked in the same location as many other students' bikes. It was locked up this morning before school started. Security footage shows a man approaching the locked bikes with tools and taking the electric bike at 8:25am. He rode north on Damen towards Foster.
