Incident Description

Other situation, please describe below.
How long was the bike locked in this location?:
30 minutes
Incident Description:
Locked up bike with bike lock at Kathy Osterman beach at 2:50PM (exact time from ending workout). Locked up bike to metal bike rack located south of the bathrooms at Kathy Osterman beach. This metal bike rack is located a few minute walk south of the bathrooms down a sand trail and is enclosed by rope/wooden posts on three sides. When I went to retrive the bike from the bike rack, the bike was missing. I noticed the bike was missing a few minutes before 3:18PM (I made a phone call at 3:18PM and noticed the bike was missing a few minutes before the phone call). This means that the bike was stolen sometime between 2:50PM and 3:18PM despite it being locked up on the metal bike rack. I had left my helment on the handlebars of the bike and I found the helment on the ground right where my bike should have been. I spent some time searching the area for the bike, including the bike racks around the beach, but didn't find it.
