Bike was not locked, was left in the hallway for 7 minutes outside of my office building.
Incident Description:
I entered my office building at 1309 S. Halsted St., which shares a hallway with the University Village Primary and Specialty Care clinic. I took my bike to the second floor and left my bike in the hallway to change clothes, and while I was changing, a man stole my bike. A witness downstairs said the man had silver hair, a cigarette, and had asked for directions to the Social Security office.
