Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
This was an older bike from the late 1980s/early 1990s, but it had new ergonomic rubber handle grips on flat handle bars, newer twin-lever triggers, newer chain, etc. Bright orange water bottle mount. OnGuard lock was cut off, but the OnGuard mount should still be there. Also had a black rear bike rack and cushioned gel seat. The blurry picture is the only picture I can find of my actual bike, enlarged from the background of a photo. The rest are examples of the same frame style/colors that I found online.

Incident Description:
I came home from work to find my bike was gone, which means it was stolen in broad daylight. The lock and any debris from the cutting of the lock is gone. This was in an enclosed patio which is not visible from any road or alley, hidden by fences and buildings.
