Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

My bike was being stored under my back stairs. Someone would have to gain access to a locked gate, then walk all the way down the gang way to find it. I was not locked to anything, but sat right outside two back doors. My security camera shows the bike there at 6:32PM, but gone the next time it comes on at 8:34AM.

I locked my bike to the bike rack in front of the WeWork Bridgeview Bank location at around 12pm. When I returned to the bike rack around 3pm the bike was missing along with the lock.

Bike was left inside private garage, went missing between 9am and 1pm.

Last seen on 4/25/24 at 10:30 PM in garage (2 doors to get to bike). Stolen sometime between then and 4/25/24 at 3:00 PM. Could have entered and left through garage or front doors.

Someone entered our front gate, front door and went to the basement storage area and walked away with the bike.

My bike was parked in my parking spot in the alley, next to trash cans. While I went upstairs to get the key for my lock, I saw a blue truck pass by. I think the truck may have confused my bike for trash, since it was parked near trash cans. When I returned, the bike was gone.

Bike was locked to itself at the bottom of staircase in a keyed entry building. The bike was not in view from the street. Video caught a white man with a beanie hat jump over the fence, pick up the bike and walk out.

Individual entered garage and stole two unlocked bikes.

Both adult black Specialized bikes were stolen out of our garage overnight.

We had someone use trash cans to jump over our locked back gate and then enter our garage and steal the bike.

Came home from appointment and bikes were gone. Garage is locked so it was either left open or someone had a key.

Either the garage was left open or someone in our building stole them.

Stolen out of garage, unclear how they got in.

Was sitting in my living room when I heard the front gate open. I looked out of the window thinking it was a neighbor entering, but I saw a black somewhat heavyset man (20ish) with a dark complexion and wearing a red jacket, leaving out of the yard with the bike. I banged on the picture window rapidly and hard. He froze for a second, looked up towards me, hopped on the bike and peddled away towards Addison Street. I he was out of sight before I could get to the front porch.

2 folks broke into our basement and stole our bikes. We even caught them riding away on them and chased after them. We filed a police report.

Bike was stolen from my back porch where I keep it locked. Last night sometime in the early hours (midnight to 6am)
