-bike is a single-speed cyclcross bike -wear on the handlebar tape by the hoods -scuff/paint marks on top tube and down tube due to hanging lock there -black rear rack with the paint worn off on the rear right side of it due to pannier bag (also has a fender secured to it with zip ties) -bike has some wear on it, but rear tire is brand new

Sidewalk in front of a closed business.

about 7 hours in between when I saw it last and went back to get it
Incident Description: 
Parked it in front of Halligan Bar at the corner of Lincoln and Belden on the night of 9/28 at around 9 PM to watch the Bears game. Stayed around the area until 1 AM when I left the neighborhood to go stay at a friends apartment close by. Bicycle was still there when we walked back. When I returned to retrieve it at about 8:30 AM the next morning, it was gone, with only the cut piece of one of the lock links remaining.
