Parked at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday Dec. 6th, gone when I got out of work at 7:15 p.m.
My bike was parked on the east side of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Tower at 300 E. Randolph St., a very popular, high-traffic, and well-lit area. It was locked through the frame and I also had "Abus Nutfix Quick Release" locks on my wheels.
